It was shipped in a very secure container and was flawless It was a snap to set the TV up and use No instruction needed and the picture is wonderful I am very pleased with this purchase I do believe it was a little expensive being that it was a discontinued model but I wanted this set The first one ordered was from a seller who indicated that the set was damaged in transit I am glad that I took a chance on another seller/vendor
It makes a difference who you purchase an item from Electronic Expo is a name I will look for in the future

After 18 months the main controller board went out and fails to accept digital signals from the tuner So I have a 1500 game monitor for the kids 480 for the part no thanks Sony NEVER a Sony again
